The Story Behind Svaraa

Growing up with three sisters, I witnessed firsthand the challenges and stigma surrounding menstrual health. I saw how they struggled to find reliable, non-judgmental information about their bodies and health concerns. The lack of accessible, stigma-free resources for teen girls was evident, and I realized that technology could bridge this gap.
As a brother, I wanted to create something that would empower my sisters and millions of other girls to take control of their health journey with confidence and knowledge. This personal connection to the problem drove me to build Svaraa.
Why Svaraa was Built
Svaraa was born from the urgent need to address the silence and stigma around women's health, particularly among teenagers. Many girls face:
- Lack of accessible health information
- Fear and embarrassment about discussing health concerns
- Difficulty recognizing early signs of common conditions like PCOS and UTIs
- Limited access to reliable, age-appropriate health resources
Svaraa aims to break these barriers by providing a discreet, interactive, and stigma-free health mentor that empowers girls with knowledge, confidence, and control over their health journey.
